- We believe that local businesses should support each other, and so if your broadband line is installed to an office within the BN or TN postcode areas we will do our best to match your existing broadband prices, where possible.
- Hardware
- Customers can use their existing routers, Cherry Broadband will send over new login details and assist where possible on a best endeavors basis to setup the existing router.
- Support
- Cherry Broadband offers 24/7 support on any line faults.
If the fault is with the router the 24/7 support can only be extended to customers who have purchased a router from Cherry Broadband.
- Additional Fees
- HOME & MAX: Set up fee for new lines / migrations is a once-off £49.99
MAX Premium: No activation fee for lines without broadband / migration from another ISP.
All Packages: Router from £24.68 or use your existing one (where possible) and we’ll help you set it up and NO additional charge
